My son Keith is incarcerated in Camp Hill, Pa., and they are taking 70% of his earnings, which is 41 cents per hour. 50% for child support and 20% for fines. They tell me he owes $12,000 in child support payments, but he hasn't made $2000 in the 3-1/2 years he has been locked up. How can that be?????
